Leading an organizational change can be a challenge; in my experience, being a leader for fourteen years does no makes it easier. Now, that I am embarking on my journey toward education and leading my innovation plan, there are challenges along the way. To create a lasting change, influence must be utilized properly; reading Influencer: The New Science of Leading Change (Grenny, et al., 2013) made me equipped with the steps that I needed to take to influence my influencer. Please check my research for my influencer strategy.

After establishing a mindset for change, the next step is to execute the change. Please read on how I will execute my change on my innovation plan using the 4DX method, and learn how I incorporate the disciplines of execution and the five stages of change.
SELF-DIFFERENTIATED LEADERSHIP AND CRUCIAL CONVERSATIONS
Leading change is not always a crowd pleaser; people will resent it, but the true leader will always keep their emotions controlled, shows respect, and focus on the organization’s goal. Learning about self-differentiated leadership and crucial conversations were both great tools for me; these strategies will surely be made me successful not just in my innovation plan but also in my other aspects of life.
